hands & laughs!

for a few weeks now garrett has been aware of his hands and spending a good amount of time chewing on them. more recently he's been using his hands to do things like pull our hands closer so he can chew on them or holding onto a toy. he also had another first on friday - laughing out loud!!!! it was priceless and we've been working on getting him to do it so we can capture it on video.
thanks to relatively nice weather this weekend garrett spent some quality time outside, yesterday a nice long walk with mom, grama leisa, and zoe, and today a run with both mamas! he fell sound asleep both times, so he clearly enjoyed himself!

last weekend was great grams 75th birthday party. everybody had a great time and g-grams got a digital photo frame that was a big hit! maybe the next step will be the internet - who knows?!?

We know it's been awhile since our last update, we've been busy enjoying him during the weekends now that we are both back to work. Grampa and Grama came this weekend for a sleepover and Garrett had a great time (so did his moms).
