rolling over, but not quite! we've been keeping close eye on him for the big first roll the last few days. garrett is doing great and we've all been staying quite busy lately. he's been talking & squaking a lot and taste testing everything he can get his hands on. enjoy the pics!

check-up

garrett had his four month check up yesterday. he now weights 14lbs 2oz and is 26 inches long! we knew he'd gotten heavier and longer, but didn't realize how much more. he is doing well and healthy as can be. his new favorite thing to do is play with things....anything he can grab at, he'll explore it (put it in his mouth) and study it with this great look of intense concentration on his face. it is absolutely fascinating to watch him!!

four months old

today garrett is 4 months old. we spent the day hanging out, cooking, baking, making bread, and cuddling a lots because he has a little bit of a cold. grama & grampa visited yesterday and got to experience him giggling out loud. garrett also got a new nickname from grampa this weekend (find it below), we'll see how it sticks. as always grama got some great shots with props. enjoy!
