Grma & Grapa were here for the entire experience and it was amazing!! Sarah did a fantastic job and Cindy was the best coach ever. We got to hold Garrett when he was just a few minutes old. (And he has't been put down since.) He gets cuiter as time passes. You have probably noticed the absence of comments, phone calls, and e-mails from Grandpa Jay. He is speechless and still in shock from the experience. Enjoy the quiet. I have been married to him for 35 years and trust me it will not last much longer! Finally a grandma, Mima aka Grandma Leisa

So over the weekend I was able to get my hands on Garrett's diary. Not sure if he'll appreciate this when he finds out but I figured everyone else would like to see his first few entry's verbatim---

i have been obsessed with checking your website, of course, and brett's comment made me laugh out loud! It also made me wonder: how is zoe doing with the new member of the family??
I too was impressed by how quickly Momma's Sarah and Cindy were willing to post and share da little bugger with us. However, I am now quite distressed, as we are into day 5 with no updates. At this rate Garrett will be posting pictures of his own children before we get to see or hear from him again.
I am wearing my computer out checking the site and getting absolutely nothing in return!!Count me as initially impressed but now quite distressed!
